Outage compensation is now capped at the time a subscriber had left

· Fixed

Automatic compensation credits a share of the downtime, but never more than the time a subscriber's subscription still had to run when the link dropped. A three-hour outage now adds ten minutes for someone who had ten minutes left, instead of three hours. The credit is granted from the moment service returned, so subscribers whose plan lapsed during the outage still come back online with exactly the time they lost.

The clearest change is for subscribers who bought a new package after an outage but before compensation was applied — they were being handed the full downtime on top of a fresh subscription, and now receive only what the outage actually cost them. Your Credit share percentage is unchanged; it is now taken of the time each subscriber lost rather than of the whole outage.
