One system for the whole ISP
Billing and payments, networking, CRM, ticketing, field services and inventory in one product, which suits an operator with several departments.
Splynx runs billing, CRM, ticketing, field services and inventory for an ISP. Centipid runs billing, payments and MikroTik access for one. Both bill PPPoE and hotspot subscribers and both answer RADIUS. The difference is how much else comes with it, how it is priced, and which local payment rails reach your subscribers. This page is what each one ships, with the Splynx side taken from its own site.
It is a capable, widely used platform, and many operators run it happily. Nothing on this page rests on it being a bad choice.
Billing and payments, networking, CRM, ticketing, field services and inventory in one product, which suits an operator with several departments.
Splynx hosts it by default, inside its maintenance fee, and an on-premise installation is also possible.
Its integrations include Paystack, Safaricom M-Pesa, Payfast, Netcash, Stripe and PayPal, with GoCardless and SEPA for direct debit.
The Splynx column is what splynx.com, its pricing page, its integrations page and its wiki say in October 2026. Check them for current terms.

The safe order is the same in Johannesburg and in Pune. A small group through one real billing cycle tells you more than a month of feature lists.
Confirm the gateways and SMS senders your subscribers already use are on the country page before you move anyone.
Point a single MikroTik at Centipid over RADIUS and leave the rest on Splynx.
Import a small group and let them expire, get a reminder, pay for real and reconnect.
Once that cycle runs cleanly, move the remaining routers and switch the old system off.
Splynx charges for each block of 100 active customers. Centipid takes a share of hotspot revenue and charges PPPoE per subscriber active that month, after a trial long enough to run real customers through it.

Not if it does what you need. If your team works in its CRM, field services and inventory every day and the licence suits you, stay.
No. Neither is Splynx: both are commercial products. Splynx can also be installed on your own server, which Centipid cannot. If keeping the system on your premises matters, Splynx is the honest answer.
Yes. PayFast, Paystack, DPO Pay and PayPal are available in South Africa. Centipid bills you in US dollars, so allow for the rand moving against it.
Yes. Razorpay payment links take UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets, and reminders go out on the DLT rails through MSG91 or Fast2SMS.
Yes. Centipid answers MikroTik routers over RADIUS for PPPoE and hotspot, so the routers you run today stay where they are.
Yes. Subscribers, their packages and PPPoE passwords import from a spreadsheet or straight from a MikroTik router, checked before anything is written. Data migration from your current system is part of the Enterprise plan.
