Centipid Billing is ISP billing software and an OSS/BSS for internet providers. It handles subscribers, PPPoE and Hotspot access, RADIUS, MikroTik routers, device management, monitoring, payments, campaigns and reports in one place.
An OSS (operations support system) runs the network: provisioning, device management, monitoring and outages. A BSS (business support system) runs the customer and money side: subscribers, plans, invoices, credit notes, payments and support. Centipid does both in one workspace, so a confirmed payment reconnects the subscriber without anyone touching the router.
Supported channels include M-Pesa, Airtel Money, Tigo Pesa, MTN MoMo, Paystack, cards and vouchers. A confirmed payment renews and reconnects the subscriber automatically.
