Affiliate Program Policy

1. Referral rewards

Centipid pays one reward for each qualifying ISP that becomes a paying Centipid Billing customer. The current reward depends on the referred ISP's billing country.

A reward applies to the ISP business, not to each user account, branch, router or subscriber created under that business.

2. Qualifying referrals

A referral qualifies when all of these apply:

• The referred ISP is new to Centipid and is not already an active customer, trial account or recorded sales opportunity.
• The referral is recorded through the affiliate process or confirmed by Centipid before the ISP registers.
• The referred ISP completes its first paid Centipid Billing subscription and that payment is not reversed or refunded.
• The referrer provides accurate contact and payout information when requested.

Self-referrals, duplicate referrals and referrals for businesses controlled by the referrer do not qualify unless Centipid approves them in writing beforehand.

3. Validation and payment

Centipid validates the referral, the ISP account and the first successful subscription payment before approving a reward. Centipid's account and referral records determine attribution when more than one person claims the same ISP.

Approved rewards are paid through a supported payout method. Centipid may request identity, tax or payment details before releasing a reward. Affiliates are responsible for any taxes that apply to their rewards.

4. Affiliate conduct

Affiliates must not:

• Send spam, use misleading advertising or make claims Centipid has not approved.
• Impersonate Centipid or register domains, social accounts or advertisements that could be mistaken for official Centipid channels.
• Create fake accounts, manipulate attribution or offer an unauthorized share of the reward to secure a signup.
• Use personal information without permission or break applicable marketing and privacy laws.

Centipid may reject rewards connected to fraud, abuse, chargebacks or a breach of this policy.

5. Changes and termination

Centipid may update the program, reward amounts or this policy. A qualifying referral keeps the reward rate that applied when Centipid recorded the referral. Changes apply to referrals recorded after the updated policy is published.

Centipid may suspend or remove an affiliate for abuse or policy violations. Valid rewards approved before termination remain payable unless they resulted from fraud or a prohibited activity.
