TR-069 device management for ISPs

See inside the customer’s router

Read and fix the terminal in a customer’s home without sending anyone there. Most support calls end at the box in the customer’s home, the one part of the network a billing system never sees. Centipid runs the TR-069 server for your terminals: each one calls in every five minutes with its fiber signal, WiFi networks, connected devices and PPPoE line, and collects whatever your team queued for it, from a WiFi change to a reboot.

Signal before a visit

Fiber signal, uptime and connected devices for every terminal, with weak signals listed on their own.

WiFi changed remotely

Rename a network or change its password from Centipid, or let the subscriber do it in their portal.

Tests from the terminal

Run ping, traceroute and a speed test from the customer’s end of the line.

Logins kept in step

Change a PPPoE password in billing and the new login is pushed to the terminal.

How it works

TR-069 device management is an ACS for the terminals in customers' homes. Each enrolled terminal calls out to Centipid every five minutes, so no port is opened on the customer's line, reports its signal, WiFi and PPPoE connection, and collects the commands queued for it.

How ISPs use it

  • Slow internet calls

Check the signal and run a speed test from their terminal while they are on the phone.

  • Forgotten WiFi passwords

Set a new password without a visit, or let the customer change it in the portal.

  • After a power cut

Ask up to 200 terminals for their state, or reboot them, in one go.

Reach every terminal. Free for fourteen days.
