No payment is booked and nothing renews until the gateway confirms it, so your books stay right. The subscriber can pay again from their portal, and access renews the moment a payment confirms.
Yes. Upload a CSV, XLS or XLSX file and match its columns to username, phone, plan, router and password, or pull the PPPoE secrets from your MikroTik router. Expiry dates do not import, so set them afterwards.
Hotspot is 3% of hotspot revenue. PPPoE is $0.25 per active user / month. Every month has a minimum of $5. Try it for 14 days with no card. If you stay, your first invoice covers those 14 days at the usual rates. Leave within 14 days and you pay nothing.
