Fixes
- PPPoE user creation now includes a location field, and edited or expiry-changed clients keep the bandwidth from their selected package instead of falling back to 1M/1M.
- Dark mode dropdown styling is consistent across panels.
- Referrals UI spacing was adjusted by moving the button to the right and removing extra text below the stat strip.
