You can now record the installation fee your technician collects at the customer's premises.
When adding a subscriber. PPPoE and static-IP subscribers have a new Installation fee card. Enter the amount, how it was paid and, if you have one, the receipt number. The fee is recorded when you save.
For an existing subscriber. Open Record payment and set Payment for to Installation fee.
It never renews the plan. An installation fee counts as revenue in your payments ledger. It doesn't extend the subscriber's plan or add wallet credit.
