The network copilot got a round of upgrades today.
It can make changes, with your say-so. Ask it to add a PPPoE or Hotspot subscriber, change one, or block or unblock an IP address on one of your routers. Nothing happens until an admin confirms it in the chat, and every confirmed change is recorded on your Audits page.
It can answer more questions. For "the customer paid but has no internet", give it a receipt, phone number or subscriber: it checks the payment, whether access was granted, the customer's recent and refused logins, and tells you the next step. It can also check your payment gateways and failed mobile-money prompts, your SMS sending and credit, your portal and buy-page links, how many subscribers joined in a period, which routers are online, a subscriber's session history, and who owns a public IP. It can ping from any of your routers.
Ask about a router log line. On a router's Logs tab, the sparkle button next to any line opens the copilot with that line already asked.
Better answers. It now only quotes figures, names and links it has actually looked up, no longer offers changes it cannot make, and calls your routers by the names you gave them. Simple questions come back in a few seconds.
Easier to read. The chat panel is wider, answers use its full width, and an expand button widens it further for long answers. Suggested follow-up questions now appear as buttons under each answer; tap one to ask it.
A higher daily limit. Each ISP can now use the copilot four times as much each day before it pauses. If you do reach the limit, the message now tells you to contact Centipid support.
