NOERROR
The name exists. With no records listed, it exists but has none of the type you asked for, which is normal for, say, AAAA on an IPv4-only host.
See the live DNS records for any domain, with their TTLs and the resolver's answer. Your browser asks Cloudflare's public resolver directly: nothing you type passes through Centipid.
The status the resolver returns, and why what you see here can differ from what a subscriber sees.

The name does not exist at all. Check the spelling, and that the domain has not expired or lost its delegation at the registrar.
The resolver could not get a trustworthy answer: the domain's name servers did not respond, or its DNSSEC signatures failed to validate. The reason shows under the status when Cloudflare gives one.
How many seconds a resolver may keep the answer before asking again. A change to a record can take up to the old TTL to reach everyone, so lower it before a migration.
An A or AAAA answer can arrive through an alias. Every step of the chain is listed, each with its own TTL.
Cloudflare's 1.1.1.1 resolver, over HTTPS. A subscriber behind your own resolver may see an older cached answer until its TTL runs out.
Centipid assigns addresses, provisions MikroTik and collects the payment that keeps them online.
