Charge for devices that never log in, like CCTV, offices and point-to-point links. Some connections have no username: a camera, a business router, a fixed wireless link. Bindings give such a device a fixed IP and MAC address and bill it like any other subscriber. The binding is pushed to its router, and every change is tracked until the router confirms it.

How it works
Bindings give a device on the network a fixed IP and MAC address, billed like any other subscriber. The binding is pushed to its router, and every change to it is recorded as an operation that can be retried if the router did not take it.
